Refunds and Returns


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us at support@milkandhoneygifts.com or use the contact form here.

We will offer a full refund if you send the item back in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping costs for returns are at the buyer's expense.

If your item was damaged in shipping, please send pictures of both the packaging and item to support@milkandhoneygifts.com within 48 hrs of delivery. We will send you a replacement free of charge, provided the pictures show the damaged item in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns/refunds on customized products unless a mistake has been made on our end. If we have sent a proof for an item and the buyer approved it, we will not be able to accommodate a refund.

With all wooden products, please remember that grain pattern and variation of color is part of its natural beauty. We do not consider knots as defects.
